Annual Parish Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting is a community meeting for local electors. It is not a Parish Council meeting and no Council decisions are made. The meeting provides an opportunity for residents, community groups and local organisations to come together, share information, celebrate local activity and raise matters of local interest. Councillors may attend, but they do so as members of the public.

The agenda sets out the formal elements of the evening. In addition, the event will include a range of information stalls, displays and exhibits, giving residents the opportunity to meet local groups, find out more about their work, ask questions and learn about projects and services across the parish. Groups and initiatives represented will include grant recipients and community organisations such as the St. Agnes Parishwide Defibrillator Network; the Seal Research Trust; ‘Love St. Agnes’; St Agnes Marine Conservation Group, and local groups involved in youth provision and community projects, alongside Council service displays on allotments, cemeteries, outreach, communications, newsletters and public toilet resident access cards. Refreshments will be available, and the evening will also include the presentation of Certificates of Recognition to celebrate local people who have made a valued contribution to community life.
