St Agnes Parish Council wishes to make residents aware of a pre-application public consultation being undertaken by CarneySweeney on behalf of Obsidian Strategic in relation to proposals for up to 75 homes and public open space at Penwinnick Road, St Agnes.
The developer has advised that letters have been delivered to approximately 321 addresses in the vicinity of the site.
Given the likely wider public interest in this proposal, the Parish Council is sharing this information to ensure that residents are aware of the opportunity to view the proposals and submit comments directly to the developer.
