A casual vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for St Agnes Parish Council – Mount Hawke Ward, following the resignation of Keith Woolcott.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972.
If, by 23 June 2026, a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing by ten electors for the Parish, an election will be held. The request must be made in writing, either by hand or by post, to the Proper Officer at the address below:

If no such request is received by that date, the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
If an election is called, it will take place no later than 25 August 2026.
