Coastline Housing, a Redruth based Housing charity, has planning consent for 36 new homes on the site at Presingoll Barns off Penwinnick Road, in St Agnes.
All houses will be 100% affordable for local people with funding secured from Homes England. These homes have a local connection requirement to St Agnes Parish.
